Strategic Directions

ORS strategic directions cover law enforcement, response, treatment and recovery, and prevention.

To achieve our mission, ORS focuses on four complementary directions:

  1. Law Enforcement: Foster partnerships to disrupt drug trafficking and reduce supply.
  2. Response: Coordinate rapid responses to overdose clusters and emerging threats.
  3. Treatment & Recovery: Improve access to treatment and recovery services.
  4. Prevention: Support education, harm-reduction, and prevention initiatives.
