A two-day (12 hour) training program designed for law enforcement investigators, criminal interdiction officers, and supervisors participating in Narcotics Investigations. The curriculum will cover investigative techniques to target and successfully prosecute Drug Trafficking Organizations (DTOs).
The curriculum will over both basic and advanced drug investigative techniques including but not limited to buy/walk; buy/bust; search warrant prep and execution strategies.
In addition, instruction also covers how to effectively execute an interdiction traffic stop and developing “cold stops” into investigations targeting DTOs. Best practices for “controlled deliveries” will be presented. Instructors will also provide material concerning the proper execution of “wall-off” stops during in-depth investigations.
