What motivates us to want to follow other leaders? How do we self improve and become a more positive impact on the people around us daily?

This course is designed to be a discussion about leadership and how we Impact, Influence and Inspire other people to become leaders. Jim Catalano has an engaging communication style and unique perspective having been a follower of some incredible leaders and an office leader himself with over 35 years of law enforcement and military experience.

This presentation is for all levels of employees, first and/or midlevel managers up to organizational office heads. The 3 I’s (Impact, Influence and Inspiration) are the backbone of this course and will provide attendees with new ideas and approaches of how to discover their own leadership DNA. Ultimately guiding the

attendees to lead more successfully, no matter their rank or level within a team/organization.
